PREPARE BEFORE FOR WDC REGISTRATION OPENS:
- Check to see if you already have an account with Active.com (If so, have your previous email and passwords ready). We suggest having a second email (maybe a second email your family uses or your spouses/partners email that you can use as a back-up if you are unable to access your old account or have trouble during the registration process).
- You will need: family birth dates (of all campers, teens, and adults you are registering), camper buddies requests (who campers want to be paired with), medical information/allergies, Troop Number if one/or IRM (Independent Registered Member...those with a GS membership but not attached to a troop), school attended, teen email (not school email), and teen phone numbers, etc.
- Registering will take at least 15-20 minutes and will take longer for those registering families of more than one camper, teen, or adult.
- Registration is best done on a computer. It can be done on your phone or tablet too, however, some of our WDC testers had challenges and had to restart registration.
NOTES FOR DAY OF REGISTERING:
***If you have problems or further questions when registering, immediately email: [email protected] and include your contact information (Your name, the names and grades of campers or teens you are trying to register, and a contact phone number.)

- The Active registration process will require you to have an Active account. You can create a NEW Active account with Woodinville Day Camp as part of the registration process OR if you already have an existing account with Active that you have used for other camps, your email may be recognized by the program.
- Active.com user accounts with WDC are free of charge and will be used to register your family for WDC. You can view and later update all your registration histories, make changes, make additional apparel purchases, or update other information in your account.
- If you create a new username and new password specific for our camp, make sure you save these! If you have previously used Active and have another Active account you will need your "old password" or you will need to have it sent to you via "I forgot my password".
- All campers and teens must register through their parent or guardian’s email unless they are 18+.
- For account security consideration, you are required to provide a strong password containing at least 8 characters and three of the following: lowercase, uppercase, numeric or special characters.
- You will select your campers by the grade level they are entering in the fall.
- Our teens (PAs and PATs) are grouped by grade levels.
- Volunteer’s children that are Pixies and Boys (all ages) are also separate selections.
- Look for additional pages at the bottom. There are two pages…look for Pixies and PATs on the second page. Options are in alphabetical order.
- Complete all required fields. The system will not let you finish if you leave required fields blank. However, you can be “brief” in emergency contacts and camper release info. at the time of registering to help you move through it faster.
- Your username and password will allow you to log back in to change or update most information including additional medical information, allergy information, emergency contacts, and camper release (those approved for transporting your children/who your campers can be released to). Adults and teens can also go back in and pick or change their camp names too.
- Please ignore all Ads…we are not able to change them. They are placed on the page by Active.
- Active provides an Active Membership and a “Active Refund” insurance. It is optional and not provided by WDC. WDC offers refunds until June 1st, minus a $25 fee.
NOTES FOR FOR AFTER REGISTERING:
- You should receive a separate confirmation email for each registered attendee from "ACTIVE.com <[email protected]>".
- All teens and adults need to complete their preference survey for job placement by March 22nd, 2024.
- Please order extra apparel if you are interested. All attendees receive a t-shirt as part of their registration. All apparel is linked to the initial size picked under each attendee. If you have questions about apparel orders please email: [email protected]
- Apparel orders and changes to orders and sizes are offered until May 1st.
- You can login in at ACTIVE to make changes to information after registration.
HOW TO LOG BACK INTO ACTIVE: (to make changes & updates)
1. Visit: link coming soon! or Visit the main registration page to click on the Registration button.
2. Click: Sign-in (at the top right of the page).
3. Enter: Your Active username and password.
4. Click: My Programs (at the top tight of the page). To complete the Preference Survey or Cookie Dough Form click on the forms under each registered attendee.
5. Click: Edit Registration Page (for the desired registered attendee)
6. Edit or add information: You can update contact info. (including teen email/ teen phone), Troop # or IRM, Service Unit #, camp buddy requests, teen or adult camp names, allergies/health/behavior concerns, and to update all people allowed to pick up your camper.
*Grade levels and birth dates entered during registration cannot be changed by you. If there is an error or update, please email: [email protected]
Girl Scout Membership:
In order to attend camp, everyone eligible MUST be a registered member with GSUSA, as a Girl Scout or as a volunteer.
Only Preschoolers and Boys under age 18 are exempt.
It's best to take care of this BEFORE registration opens.
Membership is $25 and will be good through Sept. 30 of that year.
