For the few campers that need to arrive at the same time of their teen siblings and/or other carpool campers that are not children of adult volunteer's, they are allowed to arrive early and stay at camp from 8:15
this time they will need to stay under their parent's/adult's OR their teen sibling's supervision from 8:15 to 8:45 AM. ***WDC staff is be responsible for supervising campers before at 8:45 AM. At 8:45 AM These campers must stay under control and not need additional supervision. (Any challenging behaviors from campers or parents that abuse this situation/or time allowance will be contacted and early check-in privileges will be "revoked".) Please email [email protected] to request early check in for a sibling or carpool of a teen and have email approval from the directors. At 8:45 AM these campers will need to sign in then and then they will go to thier unit lines. with our PATs and PAs (who supervise and lead our volunteer's children) to song circle and/or the lanyard circle. ***If you want to have something to do for the amount of time before camp check-in, campers can bring a book to read, work on lanyards, or bring something to draw with. |
